It was a bit chilly in March, especially in the otherwise beautiful kitchen, but it got warmer as the days got sunnier. We also may have been the first guests after the winter. The bedrooms had split system for additional heat. Nevertheless, we very much enjoyed the house, the patio, and citrus fruit from the garden. The location is private and calm, but centrally located to visit Capri and the more touristy towns of Amalfi coast. There are good restaurants in driving distance, and the nearby village is adorable. It had all the shops we needed and some good restaurants. The bakery was our favorite! Nice hiking trails nearby. Better to arrive in a smaller seize car because the steep street leading to the house is quite narrow - as are many roads in the area.

There is a long hike from the house down to the beach. The coordinator and the hosts were extremely kind in general, and especially helpful when we ran into car issues that required a mechanic. I hope to stay in this beautiful villa again!

The surroundings are absolutely gorgeous with a small beach in walking... read more distance (down the mountain) and olive and lemon trees surrounding the house and providing shade. The pool is nice and clean and so is the beautiful house with plenty of airconditioned rooms and a kitchen with a view to the garden. Massimo and his family were very friendly and responsive. We can also highly recommend the boat tour arranged by Massimo, which took us around Capri with stops at spots for swimming and lunch.

Massimo and his team were great hosts and also gave us phenomenal recommendations. I would suggest speaking to Massimo about his hospitality company that includes AMAZING boat tours. We did one and Massimo and Andrea were terrific in touring with us for almost an entire day and giving us the history and places to see on the Island of Capri.

  Para acceder a dos dormitorios lo haces a través de otro dormitorio y de la otra sala con sofá cama (que nosotros usamos también como dormitorio).
Los baños están dentro... read more de estos primeros dormitorios, por lo que tampoco son independientes.
Eso no venía explicado en la descripción, lo comprobé estando allí.

Por otro lado, en algunos dormitorios no se podía dejar totalmente a oscuras las ventanas para dormir, ya no porque en una de ellas la "persiana" estuviera en mal estado, es que otra (la que tiene sofá cama) no tiene opción siquiera, tan solo una cortina supuestamente opaca, pero que no cierra bien y la luz se cuela.
Y tienen aparatos, como el rooter o la luz de emergencia, que dan bastante claridad.

Llegar al alojamiento es difícil, pero porque toda la zona es así, de carreteras muy estrechas, ojo si tienes un coche muy ancho!

Por lo demás, la casa es muy bonita, está bien ubicada y tiene todo lo necesario.

Wir... read more waren 7 Mädels und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, da die Villa super sauber ist. Es ist alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird.
Der Pool ist auch sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Zum Strand sind es leider abwärts 1,5 Stunden und nach oben 2 Stunden. Dies ist im Sommer sehr schwierig zu erreichen. Dafür ist der Pool wirklich super und erfrischend.

Wir sind mit 2 Mietwägen angereist, die wir am Flughafen geliehen hatten. Die Straßen sind sehr kurvenreich und es ist ein echtes Abenteuer aber wir hatten passende Autos von der Autovermietung erhalten.
Der Weg allerdings zur Villa ist sehr steil und eher für geübte Fahrer.

Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub, wir können es sehr weiterempfehlen.

  Wir waren 14 Tage an der Amalfiküste bei Massimo in Santa Agatha. Auch wenn der Weg zur kleinen Bucht wirklich eine halbe Stunde bergab und 40 Minuten bergauf geht, ist... read more es eine wunderschöne Strecke und man geht sie gerne, da der Sport, dann direkt inklusive ist. Das Haus ist unfassbar gemütlich, leider hatten wir viel schlechtes Wetter was aber egal war da die Zimmer ein zu Hause Gefühl geben. die Küche ist groß und geräumig und für Menschen, die gerne und viel kochen perfekt eingerichtet. Der Pool ist immer sauber und die Zitronenlimonen und Mandarinen. Aus dem Garten sind der Wahnsinn in jedem Getränk und im Zitronenrisotto. Wir haben uns fantastisch erholt. Danke Massimo und Francesca auch wenn es dieses Jahr mit dem Boot fahren nicht geklappt hat nächstes Jahr bestimmt, wir sind Wiederholungstäter!

The owner Massimo and his family live on site, but they’re so kind and don’t disturb you at all. The kitchen is just for the guests of the house so we stocked it and cooked every day.

We were supposed to do a tour on massimo’s boat but had to cancel last minute as one of the guests got sea sick the week prior and so did her toddler so we were scared to risk it. He was so understanding.

Maria was our host at check in and gave us wonderful dinner recommendations.

Just fyi the stairs to Crapolla beach are TOUGH and the stairs back uphill are even worse, but so worth it. It’s beyond words. Just gorgeous.

This place is so pretty and I’m sad we had to leave.

The roads to get to the house are tight and steep but the house is tucked away in the prettiest location.

If you’re on the fence about booking, don’t be. You’ll love it!

Spacious and beautifully decorated with history and style; allowing for quiet time and fun gatherings around the pool or meals around the kitchen table overlooking the garden. An added bonus was the private boat trip to Capri (book in advance as Masssimo is a very busy man!). The scheduled area for swimming and informative guided tour around the island and caves is a must. I cannot recommend this villa enough. A truly fabulous stay, with memories for ever. Thank you to you both 🙂
