This is the itinerary from Sorrento. Departing from Positano doesn’t involve any major changes, other than the journey to reach Capri.
We meet at “Bar Ruccio”, where Captain Massimo will wait for you until 9.30 am.
We set sail!
The tour begins following the Sorrento coast towards the ancient remains of the Roman villa of Queen Giovanna and continues passing by the beach of Puolo, the area of the holiday villas of Sammontano and the small fishing port of Marina della Lobra.
First stop
The Mitigliano waterfall is the first stop, an opportunity for the bravest to take a shower under this fresh mountain spring water.
After a brief stop, we start out again and cross the short stretch of sea to reach the marvelous Capri and under the villa of the great emperor Tiberius the tour of the island begins.
Second stop
The statue of Gennarino controls as you pass by the Marina Grande and continue towards the Bagni di Tiberio where there is the perfect spot for a refreshing swim.
Then, the tour continues to the “Grotta del Cuore”, the Punta Carena Lighthouse and the Green Grotto. They are all highlights of this first part of the tour, before arriving in Marina Piccola for lunch.
Third stop
After having lunch at restaurant (extra and optional), there are approximately 3 hours of free time to visit the island’s famous shops and places of interest.

The tour of the island continues with wonderful swimming opportunities and a refreshing Spritz drink.
Cameras ready as you walk through the natural tunnel into the monumental Faraglioni Rocks, the Villa Curzio Malaparte, the Arco Naturale or Arco dell’Elefante and the beautiful Grotta Bianca are all part of this fascinating coastline.
Come back in
The final point of the tour is the Grotta Meravigliosa before returning to Sorrento with an estimated arrival time between 5.30 pm/6 pm.
